This fantastic finca between Benigembla and Castell de Castells is situated at only 3 minutes by car from the picturesc village Castells where all amenities like chemist, bank, grocery, doctor, etc. are available. The sea with its lovely beaches in Denia, Calpe or Moraira is in an approximate distance of 35 mins by car.
The main house is divided into a kitchen with terrace, a fully fitted outside kitchen, a utility room, a hallway leading to a lounge with access to the terrace/pool, the main bedroom with bathroom en-suite and 3 shower rooms (WC/bidet/shower). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a separate casita with a guest apartment consisting of a bedroom and a shower room.
The finca is fitted with central heating (pellet) which is good for the environment, efficient and very economic. For cosy evenings there is a logburner in the lounge. The garden is of easy maintenance with white gravel and partially left without landscaping, with authochthonous plants, shrubs and trees. The plot is cultivated with olive trees, almond trees and lemon trees. It is located in the middle of a pine tree forest with easy access. There are also cactus, rosmary bushes and blackberries. There is a pergola of 22 meters and 5 meters wide, covered by foliage. The terraces enjoy the wintersun as for the South facing location.
